Paul Pook is founding Director and principal Consultant of High Performance Rugby Solutions. With a background in supporting elite athletes, Paul has worked in high performance rugby for more than 15 years.

 

Paul Pook High Performance Consultant

A former professional player, Paul has worked with teams and individuals at international, provincial and club level. Although primarily in the field of Strength and Conditioning, Paul also has a special interest in team dynamics and individual player management.

During the past 3 years Paul has worked as an independent High Performance Consultant delivering Audits and Seminars, most notably for the Irish Rugby Union.

MSc Sport Science

Diploma in Human Resource Management

WRU Level 2 Coaching Award.
